You'll look better, feel better and be happier following time-tested fat loss techniques instead of diets. We plan and track our clients foodplan through our XPS network. Many of the recipes on this blog come from our LuxStrength members. Their athletic background, weight and height are mentioned next to each recipe in order to give you an idea of quantities required. LuxStrength is a Sports and Health related education center in Luxembourg with a strong focus on Strength Training. Created and managed by ATC, LuxStrength aims to create and mobilise a network of like minded organisations and individuals who share similar values in order to help develop Luxembourg's support systems for athletes and coaches.
